Carlos Garces 539ec6269e remove HAL_{BB,MAC,RF,FW}_ENABLE macros 
remove HAL_{BB,MAC,RF,FW}_ENABLE macros.
They are used to turn on/off by hand some core
capabilities we want to be always 'on'.
