replace custom macros with is_broadcast_ether_addr

Browse Source 
Replace usage of custom macros with is_broadcast_ether_addr. All buffers
are properly aligned. Remove the now unsued macros MacAddr_isBcst and
IS_MAC_ADDRESS_BROADCAST.
